Interesthing #1: Air conditioning and climate
Air conditioning consumes 7% of the world's electricity. This is half of the emissions from the entire global construction sector. There are data from IPCC (2022) basen on global emissions from 2019.
Climate warming has influence on temperature in the summer. We don't like high temperatures in our offices and flats or houses so install air condicioning devices. In order to reduce the temperature in our houses, we contribute to the deterioration of the climate situation in the world.
